Minister Thomas Isaac again to dismay Students of the Coastal Area

Minister Thomas Isaac announced in his budget speech last year (2009- 2010) mentioned that the Government would pay the fee of Students from fishing community who are doing professional courses, including  in the self-finance colleges, SC/ST model.

Again in the budget speech this year (2010-2011) he has asserted that the Government has already taken care of fee of the students from fisheries sector.

I wonder if a single student from fishing community doing professional course in self-financing colleges has received scholarship from Government!!!!!!!!!!!!!
